This product is great! I have been taking it for a little while now and feeling the difference in my strength, recovery, skin and a lot more! Great value for money, it arrived earlier than expected and mixes well and dissolves easily so there are no lumps in it. Appearance wise the packing is great, (love the scoop!) and it definitely tastes better than a lot of other collagen products I have had. I don’t usually leave reviews to but I felt like I had too because I haven’t used a product like this before! I started taking this as a bit of an experiment really to see if/how it improve my hair, which after years of bleaching is pretty damaged, and breaks very easily. It’s been just under a month that I’ve been using this and my hair is looking so much shinier at the roots and also, feels thicker and stronger - I can’t believe how much!!! I noticed that my nails are definitely stronger and are not flaking so much! This is working for me super well in terms of improving hair and nail strength so would defo recommend!! Awesome product. For anyone who is considering buying collagen who hasn’t before and isn’t sure how to use it would like to see this! I’m actually a cake maker so only want ingredients that taste amazing and do great! What I am loving about this collagen is that actually it doesn’t have any flavour or weird residue - especially when I whizz it up in a smoothie - I use 100ml oat milk, 1 handful oats, 1 banana, 1 handful of berries, 1 big table spoon of yogurt and 1 generous scoop of collagen - I definitely recommend taking it this way as it’s yummy and good for you! Got this as part of a health overhaul to establish a healthier lifestyle and to help with recovery after exercise. The clinical trials conducted with this brand and the great results seen, prompted me to try this and also gave me the confidence to select in comparison to other brands on the market. Good with morning coffee and super versatile to consume. Excited to continue seeing the results!

1.⁠ ⁠It is made with no chemicals unlike other brands that aren’t transparent about this. If collagen has zero taste then this has been bleached out with chemicals to completely remove this which isn’t a good thing. 2.⁠ ⁠Varied legit clinical studies with large sample groups of women AND men. Haven’t found another brand that has various studies like this, let alone that have been trialled on Men. 3.⁠ ⁠I have been feeling great since taking it - more energy, less muscle pain, better sleep This collagen is a no-brainer.

It smells like actual pooh! As for results too early to say but the taste is quite repulsive too probably the smell making me gag. The smell is off putting wondering how it's made. So therefore 3 stars.
