Was bit cautious because of the mixed reviews but took the dive. Does the job perfectly. Cuts down to the skin (little small stubble) Like the water resistant aspect of it so I don't need to worry about water getting into the electric charging port (there is none all wireless charging) Can see the battery indicator so I'll know if I need to charge before shaving. Love the little light that shows what you're shaving. Last but not least it's good all rounder if you need to trim other body hairs. Best trimmer I've had for down there.

Originally had an issue which was a user problem, I was not aware that you need to click the button 3 times in order to lock/unlock the shaver, which is a safety feature, but the customer service was excellent and acted promptly to resolve this issue after I had provided the product feedback. 5/5 for the seller customer service. For the product itself I score it 4/5: Pros - Sleek design and easy to maintain cleanliness of product - Works (slightly) better than a regular shaver Cons - Still not much better than a regular shaver to completely justify the price difference - Still leaves cuts and knicks and need to be very careful when using

I bought this thinking it would help me keep myself "tidy", with all of the adverts saying it's nick free and easy to use, but DAMN do they lie - you have to be careful as all hell to not nick yourself when trying to use it in a sensitive area, and was even painful to use as it kept "biting" the skin Initially I thought I was using it wrong, so I didn't use it for a while, and came back to it once I'd done a little research, but yes, it still keeps on trying to bite you - the "nick safe" technology is just a ceramic blade rather than a metal one, but it still tries to bite you if you're not VERY careful! After trying to use it a couple more times it stopped working, so I thought it had run out of batteries, I left it to charge overnight and it still doesn't turn on... all it does it flash the lights and occasionally click, never actually turning on Overall, the reliability is SHOCKINGLY bad if it stops after so few uses, none ever in water (although it's waterproof), it now is just a piece of junk in a drawer - I hope the newer ones don't have this flaw, and they're more comfortable to use!!!

No lie, you could die from a thousand cuts. This is no better than a barbers clipper. Unless you have leather skin from sunbathing naked for a decade on the equator. The battery life is very limited. If your like me, and you don't have time to trim weekly, and the hedge has grown wild, the battery will not last. This is an expensive trimming tool. Manscape have got you by the balls literally, because once used, it can't be returned.

I used this product one time, and then I put it on charge and its now just refusing to turn on at all. Its a good shaver for shaving but it just stopped working after one single use.
