Great Product,,,, wouldn't be without it in my cupboard to help with Fever Blisters Especially!
This product has worked for me for years now and I won't be without it in my cupboard ~ ~ you get a fever blister and the SECOND you suspect it is coming out you take this every 4 hours (2 capsules at a time) and that thing will NOT form! Works every time!

Helped my gut and skin
I’ve been using L-Lysine for about two years now, and I’m happy to give it five stars. I originally started taking it for acne, but over time I noticed it really helped with my gut issues, especially constipation. I take just one capsule every morning after breakfast. The capsule is vegan, tasteless, and the perfect size, so it’s really easy to swallow. That’s important to me because I can’t stand medicines with a strong taste. Plus, it’s great to know that no animal ingredients are used in it. In these two years, I haven’t had any constipation problems at all, and it feels like it gives my gut real relief. If you have gut issues or acne, I definitely recommend giving this a try. It’s been worth every penny for me.

We just started taking this supplement in my home, hubby & me in our late 40’s & early 50’s, and our college 19 yo kiddo, and we’ve all noticed an incredible difference within days. More energy, better mood, alert and highly focused allowing us to become more productive during work hours. I highly recommend it! Will be buying again. The clean ingredients are the reason I bought it too, so will continue to buy. Always check the ingredients on the back of your supplements. A bit pricey but for now I’ll keep buying, unless I find something even better for less. lol.
