Genuine product, works perfectly. Bought for our Kenwood cookig chief XL.

Pasta dough gets caught in fettuccini and spaghetti cutter.
Tried both the fettuccini cutter as well as the spaghetti cutter. The dough gets caught and clogged up in both. I have tried making the dough drier as well as at different speeds, it still gets stuck and clogs up the cutter. I suspect there may have been some plastic inserts which were not included in my package. Product unusable!
