Overall the bracelet looks good, nice finishing, just a Link 🔗 loose for me, any option to reduce it please

Was very Happy with the product initially. However it was short lived. Purchased the bracelet in March end and within 5 month, the linkage broke off and there is no way to get In touch with the supplier/ manufacturer to get it fixed or repaired . It's a solid heavy duty product but no customer service. Would be happy if there was a way to fix it.

The chain link got cut in a very few days my brother chain from Amazon is so nice even after2 years and mine just got wasted even though it was freely in my hand and not tightened.😢😢😢😢. Can the repair it if they can then please contact me..
