Beautiful beverage dispenser that feels high quality and keeps water cold for days. We took this on our two-week car camping trip, and it worked great. Two days after filling it up with water and ice, it still had ice in it. I can only speak on behalf of cold water through, as we don’t need it for hot beverage use. The folding legs are convenient, but the black plastic cap assembly they fold into on the bottom isn’t mounted straight-on facing you, which is weird. The spout also feels very low-quality plastic (mine even came with a dent) which doesn’t match the rest of the robust bottle. I fear that the spout may break on me one day - and if that becomes the case, I will try to replace it with a metal one. I also wish it came in a larger size as this is our main water source on roadtrips to avoid plastic water containers. However, the 1.4gal size makes it feel like a large water bottle, so it’s very convenient for transport. We even filled it up in a couple of Starbucks along our route. All-around I’m very happy with this jug so far—there are only minor things they could improve upon.

Heat retention: It’s not a vacuum flask, but it gets impressively close. If I fill it with boiling water around 188 °F (87 °C) first thing in the morning, it still reads about 150 °F (65 °C) by early evening at normal room temperature. That eight-hour drop is perfect for brewing oolongs or greens without reheating. Build & portability: The lid seals snugly, the spout pours cleanly, and after months of daily use I haven’t seen a single leak - no drips in a backpack or on the desk. The handle stays cool and balanced, so carrying it between rooms is easy. Looks: I’ve picked up several colors now because the matte finish is beautiful and helps me match the kettle to different tea setups. Friends always ask where I found them. Bottom line: A reliable, heat-savvy kettle that moonlights as décor. If you need something that holds temperature well without the bulk of a thermos, grab one (or three). Highly recommended.

Despite what I'm about to say, we actually do like this caref, it has a great design, looks good on our counter, does what we need it to do (for the most part) and seems like it will last us for a couple of years. However, it is annoying that you have to tilt it really far to get your coffee. I still get psyched out that the coffee is all gone before it hits that sweet spot angle (which is practically 90degrees over your cup) and starts pouring the coffee. Also it does not keep it hot for nearly 12 hours. My husband wakes up and makes coffee around 4:45-5am and by the time I get up to have coffee around 6:45-7 the coffee is warm, but not hot at all. If I have coffee later in the morning, like 9-10 am its still warm-ish but I have to microwave it or it cools down way too quickly in the mug . So don't expect your coffee to be nice and hot for more than an hour or two in this caref, but it will stay warmish for a good while.

I'm loving this new coffee carafe. I love the color and the great design. It's so sleek and easy to use. We use a coffee carafe every morning to keep our coffee warm for hours. We were using one that had come with one of our old coffee makers, and that one lasted for years. I'm hoping this will last even longer. It really keeps the coffee nice and hot and is so easy to use. I especially love the wide mouth at the top. I used to spill lots of coffee trying to pour it into our old carafe, but now every drop gets in! That's a real plus for obsessive coffee drinkers like me and my husband! I highly recommend this product!

I started with just the carafe. It looks good and keeps the tea hot when traveling. As someone with arthritic hands, the carafe is well balanced and a lot easier to hold open when pouring than those with the normal lid design. I was so impressed I bought a matching mug. This too performs well and is a nice, well balanced shape and size. Lids to both the carafe and mugs can be taken apart for washing which is a big plus as most can’t. If you don’t need the travel lid, the mug edges are nicely rounded for drinking without the lids and the liquid will maintain the temperature better than a regular mug. Liked these so much bought three more in different colors for when we have guests.

The thermos looks great, keeps it hot for several hours. But the center of the lid popped out (where the spring is) and I can’t get it back together. It won’t stay in so therefore the lid doesn’t work.

It works really keeps water hot. Great esthetics we get compliments for the bottle.

The product was great!!! It kept the hot water piping hot for ages, was extremely impressed as I drink gallons of tea and always end up re boiling the kettle at least twice. Sadly when filling it up one morning I noticed that some of the inner coating had started to peal off. with no visible damage to the exterior this must be one that got by quality control.

It stopped working after a few months, what a big waste of money :((((
