Lionel The Polar Express, Electric O Gauge Model Train Cars, 18" Hobo Car - Black Roof

Got this to add to our Polar Express x-mas tree train set.... it has LED bulb for the spot light which to me is a Plus...the car itself it mostly plastic....my biggest complain... it’s not too big of a deal BUT I wish the PE on the spot light itself was backwards... So that when your running your train and your spot light on the car hits a wall and or tunnel....the signal shows the correct way... sounds petty I know BUT to me a small detail that should not have happen...

This is a very well constructed train set. It has many features including Bluetooth. We very much enjoyed it. It stayed on the tracks and was fairly easy to set up. I would highly recommend it. The engine feels like it weighs about 5 pounds alone and has no problem pulling three additional cars that we bought

Nice car. Sound is loud and clear. Only thing is sound seems to occur randomly and not as listed in the instructions.

I bought this as an addition to my husbands polar express train set. I saw other reviews that the voice didn’t work for them. We have the same issue. The lantern just blinks and it makes a muffled static sound. Really bummed out that it doesn’t say the phrase.

Lionel is totally phoning it in with their Polar Express add on cars, trolleys, and structures. For one they are extremely poor quality and quality control is nonexistent. Second the the barrel ramp doesn't work with the barrel loader. Its pretty sad when the 1950's accessories work better than those made 70 years later. Hopefully someone at Lionel reads this and makes some changes.

Seems pretty low quality for the price so I returned it

Did not work as expected. Super disappointed as this was a child's gift.
