The best comfort that don’t make your shoes tight

Very comfortable. My use case is a pair of sandals (not heels) that were making rude noises every time I took a step because the arch was kind of sticking to my foot. This prevented the suction from forming and I can keep and use the shoes. They stick well despite near daily use in a warm and humid climate; my only observation is they are held on by a thin strip of adhesive and the sides of the pads do flop around a bit.

I have shoes with interior leather insoles that were giving me blisters with no sign of letting up. I bought these in the faint hope they might help make my shoes usable. They did! Very easy to stick inside the shoe (once it's clean) and completely hidden under my foot when I'm wearing the shoes. They are very thin, so they do not raise your foot very much, but nor add much padding (this was a benefit to me, as I have tall toes and didn't want to raise my foot too much). They do not seem to get smell or any dirtier than the rest of the shoe. One did split quite early on, but they only foam so I didn't expect them to be perfectly durable--just be careful of avoiding small tears that might encourage the foam to split. Would definitely buy these again.

Almost no cushioning at all. Very disappointed.
