Turning 50 next year and unfortunately already beginning to have inflammation and pain in my ankle. Bought these to take due to their high amount of turmeric and good reviews. I couldn’t be happier. These combined with a good glucosamine and condroitin gummy have me feeling like a new woman and like I’ve rolled back time for my joints. You don’t have to combine them though. This works well on its own. But the duo is extraordinary for me. I can now go back to exercising daily for one hr or more with no pain. So happy with my purchase. Also working well for my 75 yo mother. Taste is okay. You can definitely taste the pepper but that’s necessary for better absorption of the turmeric. Just buy it.

I purchased these Turmeric gummies to replace the Turmeric capsules I have been taking for almost a year. The recent supplies of capsules, straight out of the bottle, caused a yellow stain on skin, clothing, bathroom counters, and fixtures, when handled. The yellow stain was very hard to remove. I found these gummies and thought I would try them to get the health help without the staining. So I ordered a bottle.. MISTAKE! When handled, the gummies did not stain. Great! But...after chewing two gummies, I then brushed my teeth. To my horror, my toothbrush turned bright yellow. When I used my water pick to flush my teeth, the water turned yellow. The Turmeric powder was inside the gummies. All I could think was, if the Turmeric stains my toothbrush so bad, what will it do to my teeth?
