Is this wood glue stronger than super glue?

No it's not it's wood glue and it works good on balsa wood and those type of woods. Super Glue is use for a quick fix.

Difficult to answer, since most things can be toxic in the right quantity. Would suggest using in a decently ventilated area. I found it to be ok, and not overly obnoxious

How fast is the dry time compared to Original Titebond?

Don’t know but if u want faster time change glue .
