Poor Sound Quality/Confusing Manual
When I recorded from my phone there was buzzing and static on the recording. The sound was quite bad. I tried it with two different phones. I even ordered a second phone adapter in case there was a problem with the adapter that came with the recorder. The user's manual is extremely difficult to understand. When I recorded people speaking in a room the sound was fine. I am going to check Amazon for a higher quality recorder.
