Love this tool.
I love this tool. It's great for getting the soil ready for planting trees, we used it to get the grass out of the gravel in our driveway, turning our deep litter in our chicken pens a duck pens. It's an extremely versatile tool. Weed removal, check! Grass removal, check. Great design. Easy to put together, perfect size for both women and men to use. My husband and I tag teamed the driveway the other day and it was great for both of us. I definitely recommend this tool and I'm probably coming back to buy a couple more.

Durable and effective garden tool!
My favorite new toy. I have used this for digging holes to plant small trees. It breaks up the ground for me to shovel after. It does a great job and takes very little effort. Extremely well made. Love the handle grips.

Worth the price
This tool is worth the price. I was able to till my garden soil and raised beds both of which did not have hard soil to begin with. Not sure if it will work on clay like soil or soil with rocks/stones. It tilled my beds and I was able to mix in my manure. Was not too hard to operate. Wish they had provided more spare screws because one fell off while I was tilling (I had not tightened it)

Saved me tons of time!
Easy to install and when screws fully torqued quite sturdy and durable. So glad I bought this, I’m trying to tear out my lawn and replace it with drought resistant ground cover, I was shoveling into the hard desert Sandy clay loam, and this thing helped me break up the ground to get to the softer stuff in order to turn the soil and remove competitors for the space. This is great for being able to safely till with sprinkler heads and lines around as you can decide the depth you want to go at a location. I was able to turn the soil and pull out turf and weeds in about a quarter of the time of trying with a shovels and probably 10 times less physical demand. This sticks into the ground well, and with a twist turns about an 8 inch diameter circle of ground. Definitely suggest wearing gloves though, the twisting of a bar parallel to the ground rubs on some weird spots that don’t have much callus, ended with some nasty blisters

Anyone can do this.
Ya'll, really, anyone can do this. I'm 65 yo, 5'2" and 125#'s. This hand tiller is the best thing since hoses and I mean garden hoses. Assembly means attaching the handle and top cross piece and parts PLUS tools are included. You can see in photo 1 my dirt was fairly hard packed but moist. It stays that way year round. Photo 2 is after 15 minutes on another area (about 15'x4') in the same condition (I simply forgot to photo before I started) I use it on the shorter adjustment. The tines are sharp so there is very little need to push down on the handle. The slightest bit of pressure will cause the tool to start digging in. Just keep twisting and pull a little and you're turning dirt. You can see in photo #2 I had some dead grass and roots to pull along the edges of the patch and those areas were no harder to do than the others. If I dug into a tough spot I simply leaned the tool towards the row I just finished and it would dig right in. You can also take narrower swaths to make it easier as well. Turning can be a little difficult when it gets halfway in but I'd brace my right thigh against the handle and use my whole body to continue the turn and that worked great and was a lot less strain on my shoulders. I'm so pleased with the ease I was able to use this tool and how much area I could cover in a short time. Highly recommend this to anyone who likes doing their own yard work or someone who hates it as well.

Garden Tiller Modified
I bought this to mix horse feed that gets so hard to scoop when the weather gets cold I modified the handle so it can be different lengths. Very good quality product and it works great for my purposes.

Kinda flimsy
Handle is flimsy and poor design. Thus, doesn't work well in compacted soil or soil with lots grass roots.

I used to have one of these years ago. They work great to till the grass in my garden. This one is constructed well and works great !

Definitely a good investment, wish I'd have had one earlier.

It broke on the first use pulling small plants out of the garden. I would definitely purchase a sturdier tiller at Bunnings for the same price or less.
