According to the insert in the box, the masks are made in the U.S.A. Houston Texas is the address in the insert. The mask seems to be very effective . HOpe this proves helpful.

Can these masks be cleaned?

They work by your breath generating an electrostatic attraction and will work until enough dust and debris coats the inner layers to prevent that from happening. Filtration then goes way down. Typical usage is a day, but I leave one in my car in a ziplock bag for 15-min shopping trips, and that lasts for weeks.
