Astxanthin is in my fish oil, so I did research what it was for and the benefits. There are so many benefits and studied benefits at that, yet I had never heard of it outside my omega from Gorilla Mind. Glad I found it, I notice improvement the first week I took it, specifically in urinary flow. I no longer take prescription meds for that, that’s a benefit I never knew when I bought this. So men in your 40’s or older, if no other benefits, I would recommend for that alone, but benefits don’t stop there as there are benefits aplenty. This is a naturally sourced product, not artificial and has become a daily add to mine and my wife’s daily protocol for the many health benefits it provides. I've been using Astaxanthin for about 8 years, and I can attest to the miracles of this all natural little capsule. My back pain is gone and even though I'm getting up in years I don't have the aches and pains that my friends do. I first saw it at my local Costco, then when they stopped carrying it I found it on Amazon. Works just as well as the brand from Costco, but much lower price. Easy to swallow, no objectionable smell, and no side effects. YMMV of course. I've found the longer I take one a day, the less pain in my joints and back. Nature knows best.
