Uv quality issue
I have purchased this product but i found in this the uv quality is very very poor, the uv housing is made by plastic it must be in stainless steel, i m very disappointed with that

Amazing water purifier.. only the issue it has a lot of water gets drained and need to be used specifically for other uses.... Nonetheless the best one that can come under a budget

How to claim warranty
My Ro is not working properly and i try to connect some phone nos but they didn’t give satisfactory answar and there is no helpline no. Showing and when i call to installation person he said every visit 300rs will be taken. What is the benefits of warranty.

Bad quality product, stop working after 4 months
Initially it'll work fine, the service provider will ask you extra money apart from Rs.500 installation charges! And now after 4-5 months, it's stop working, and service provider is again asking for money just for checking. There is nothing like warranty. Really bad service & product!
