The first week I took this product I felt a bit off.....A mild Herxheimer reaction which showed me that it was doing a cleanse. The second week I began feeling better and my energy levels have gradually improved. It doesn't taste bad in water; however I prefer it in my morning smoothie and I plan on making it a part of my nutritional/health routine. Thanks Ancient Nutrition for making such an outstanding product.

Great natural pick me up. Wakes me up and gets me going for my day without the crashes or jitters. Dissolves quickly all natural ingredients. Using now for years and still just as effective as the first day.

I've been taking greens powders for 3-4 months with the main goal being increasing fiber for overall health. I have been using Transparent Lab's Aquatic Greens product which I've enjoyed; it is high in fiber, mixes well, and also tastes great. The only downside to the product is that it is sometimes not in stock despite having a subscription for it. The last time it was out-of-stock, I used Jocko's Greens product which seemed more vegetable / plants rather than fiber-focused. I also found it to be less desirable taste-wise (although it still tasted fine). This time I decided to try Ancient Nutrition's product which has an ingredient list that I like more than Jocko's. It mixes well and does the job, however, I find the taste to be just okay. It's drinkable and fine -- not a negative review in any way -- I just prefer the Transparent Lab product over this and will go back to it once its back in stock.

It’s my first time trying this product and my first impression was confused as to why there is so much emptiness this container has. Don’t get me wrong I understand it’s 7oz but what is the purpose of the container being so big compared to what is inside? The taste is very earthy with a sweetness at the end. I’m use to amazing green products that has no sweetness.

I cannot go without it. Fantastic for my cells and allowing me to feel my best.

Great product for detoxing and it taste good in yogurt.

Please consider some of the other flavours, this stuff tastes awful... Maybe consider brining in AG1 too!
