A wonderful turning point in the series for the Strawhat crew. Luffy will never be the same, neither the rest of the crew. Luffy's confrontation with the Empress really show cases his seriousness in the upcoming battles in the new world. IT shows his resolve to be strong enough to protect those he holds dear, as well as shows how those who hold him dear are willing to do anything to make sure no one stands in his way of becoming King of the Pirates!

the strawhats have been scattered to far flung places but this will not stop them, luffy orders his crew to train in their respective locations for one year before they reunite

Well worth buying
One Piece: Collection 17 includes episodes 397-421. This is probably one of my most favorite arcs ever in the One Piece series and I'm extremely happy it came in excellent condition.

Have got this for my son, he is currently watching it at the moment, if you are not in the U.S. you need an open region drive. It is good so far.

Buying the collections (aka the ones like this one) makes it sooo much easier to figure out what is where. The other versions on release with voyage 1 part 1 etc is so confusing to figure out. Have up to 21 and wait for 24+ to be released.

Only reason i'm giving it 2 stars is because it wont physically play as the region for the disc is USA/Canada. Me living in the UK means I cant watch it at all. Bit disappointed so I will be returning it.
