Excellent AC
Very nice cooling. Easy installation. Only thing - copper pipe is not provided with the product.

Bad quality, Bad Customer service, lack of transparency
Compressor malfunctioned after 1.5 years and Samsung Repair agent (Insta Cool) insisted on charging me 400 AED for replacement and 150 visit charges

Good cooling, not too loud
Good cooling during summer months, at high settings.At night keep at low setting and will cool the room enough.not too loud, simple to use.sometimes the ac does not respond to the remote...you just have to point at the ac directly only

Cooling dropped after 2 months of use
Writing this review after 2 months of use. The initial delivery experience was quite smooth, no issues. However the cooling reduced drastically after 2 months of use. Had to call AC technician to fill the AC gas (R410). The documentation came with the product has no mention of 'Service Contact Details' for UAE.

Samsung AC is a failure
Don't buy Samsung AC ، i installed in my villa 3 of them and after couple of years top condensers started leaking and not repairable ,instead of copper they used aluminium ,. Through your money in bin better
