Well I blame myself because if something is cheap, it is cheap for a reason! The reception is poor at best, it looses signal every 100 yards when driving - so its just rubbish really and so its got to go in the bin and I'll get something better even if it cost more!

Bought this to replace an antenna on my Mini, and it’s sturdy, easy to install, compact and has fixed the radio signal issues I was having, so cannot complain. Good product for the price.
