I swear this stuff would be on my Desert Island list of foods. I've sucked down two jars almost on my own... I'm practically putting it on my cereal. It's crunchy, it's sweet, and has just the perfect amount of heat at the finish. Seriously addictive. Obviously a bit more expensive than some other chilli oils you can pick up in Asian markets... but... wow... this stuff is different and in a much BETTER way. YUM. Try it.

This oil was addictively tasty and you can use it on anything (scrambled eggs, mushrooms on toast, noodles, pasta dishes), However the jar I received was leaking very slightly from round the cap - it was wrapped in a few layers of bubble wrap and inside a cardboard box, and it was only the extra layers of wrap that prevented it getting out into the box and therefore onto whatever the box was being placed on - I was lucky I was opening the package by my sink, otherwise it could easily have stained other items in the kitchen. I really loved the flavour and texture but would be wary of buying it unless it's clear it will be extra well sealed so that no leakage could occur.

Don’t let the negative reviews about the seal or broken jars put you off buying. That’s nothing to do with the company who made it, it will have just unfortunately been damaged in transit. This stuff is absolutely incredible! I opened it and was actually eating it out of the jar. No it’s not mega hot (for those that don’t like anything too spicy) but there is some heat, but it’s more about the flavour. It has a delicious moorish taste and crunch. When you hear about food with umami flavours, this has it. I made some onion bhaji sandwiches (see YouTube) and with this, incredible. So good. Run don’t walk. Buy it now, you won’t be disappointed.

What a massive let down, jar is mostly full of red oil with no flavour and hardly any crunch. What little Chilli Crunch there is, is bland and not the slightest bit hot. Vastly over-priced and a complete waste of money. Rubbish.

Nice and hot, but the onions are odd - crunchy texture and quite bitter. Won't buy again.

I've bought this a couple of times now from Amazon as I don't seem able to find this brand elsewhere. The product itself is really really good, albeit pretty expensive from amazon, what has been annoying is amazon used to wrap each in a small amount of bubble wrap, keeping them safe during transit, last order came in a plastic bag, and you can guess how that ended with a glass jar.....
