If you want to loose weight with tasty food to eat all the time without any dieting go for this book

After reading his book “How not to die” we thought we would try his cook book. Lots of good tasting and healthy recipes.

Even by Dr Greger's high standards this is a wonderful book. The photos are gorgeous and the instructions are easy to follow.

O livro é espetacular, com leitura agradável e receitas fáceis e deliciosas. Para mim foi a descoberta de um novo mundo, sem gordura e com muito sabor. Comprei também a versão Kindle para te-lo as mãos quando fosse as compras. Mas ela só serve pra isso porque de resto é decepcionante. Estragaram todo o layout das páginas, ficou feio e abagunçado. Como de hábito, as fotos não podem ser aumentadas. Achei que a versão eletrônica seria como um belo pdf do livro, mas a versão para o kindle é um lixo.

I've made three of the recipes in the book and they are delicious. I have also asked the rest of my family to try the food and not one complaint. I would recommend this book to anyone who is, or is becoming a vegan.
