DAMASCUS POCKET HUNTING KNIFE

Great quality and beautiful, too! The handle is very pretty and well attached. No scratches or flaws in the finish. The blade is also beautiful, as well as sharp. Easy to open and close. Not too heavy, not too light and a nice size to carry if you wish to or place in purse. Color will be easy to find and hard to misplace.

This knife is very well made. It is also very sharp. The sheth is strong and decorated beautifully.

I had been wanting a Damascus steel blade, but it wasn't really in my budget. I saw this for less than $40(USD) and figured I would take a chance on it. The materials appear to be exactly as described. The fit and finish was better than I was expecting. All the parts fit together nicely. The blade was perfectly centered out of the box, and sharp enough to shave the hair off my arm. The flipper tab works well (light switch style). The action feels pretty good, though this is the first pocketknife I've purchased with a ball-bearing pivot, my others use washers. The blade will not fall shut just from gravity but will close smoothly with light pressure. It looks quite nice for the price, except for the pocket clip, which just seems a little too plain. The product description does lie about this model having 'maximum grip' on the handle. The polished wood is very slick, as are the laser-engraved bolsters. Thankfully the finger choils and pocket clip offer enough of a secure grip for light tasks, but not enough for rough tasks. I would not recommend this as a camping/survival knife or as an EDC knife. But as a budget-end "gentleman's knife," or as a display piece in a collection it's a really good value.

This knife looks nice in the picture, but, it is better in real life. The blade holds and edge pretty well as long as you arent cutting wire or cardboard with it. The wood is very nice. The blade looks damascus, but, I have my doubts about that. It is constucted very well. I have had mine for two years now and like it very much. It is a little big and somewhat heavy, but, not much. I got used to it quickly. I love how the blade opens with the flip tab on top of the blade. It is very smooth and the lock works very nicely and is easy to release.

Good sharp blade and the easy open finger switch is great. Really good knife at a great price.

Absolutely beautiful and high quality Damascus steel. It will last a lifetime. Highly recommended.
