Imported olives. Deliscious.
We ordered these olives in November 2024. They arrived as promised. Today is Feb 17, 2025 and the sealed bag has been in the refrigerator. I opened the bag and distributed the contents to a mason jar and previously used jars with caps. The taste; they are packed in brine, so you could expect them to be slightly salty, they are. Texture is firm YUM ! They are exactly what I hoped they would taste like. Yes, they have pit. I don't mind the pits. I'll buy these again, the price is a fair one.

Weird taste, not buttery at all.
Taste awful, and no option of refund. Do not buy.

excellent flavor and quality
bought these for use in appetizers and pizza. thought I had selected the pitted packaging but I ordered the whole olive packaging. Very good flavor and quality, although I did end up with a piece of the olive tree in my packaging, otherwise five stars.

The trick to making these taste fantastic like an olive bar
This is the best buy in terms of price for Castelvetrano olives (my favorite). Big tip: They come in a very strong salty brine that is overwhelming and to me unpleasant. If you want the olives to be less salty, drain them in a colander and then add to a new container and cover with water. The olives will lose some of the salt into the new water and be much more pleasant. You can repeat that process multiple times until you get the desired salt level.

Disappointed
A bit disappointed with the product, either I didn't read closely enough, or the info wasn't in the add. I thought these were pitted, but they are not, and per the small print must be consumed in 7 days. I may add brine to extend their shelf life. They are not as tasty as what I've purchased at either Costco or through Azure. Will not buy again. The seal was good and no leakage to the delivered product. Color is different from what I've bought before.

Went with the 52oz bag and glad I did!
Absolutely delicious! I purchased the 52oz bag. While there is initial saltiness, once you rinse and drain the olives, they’re just as delicious as they are fresh in Italy. They’re firm, buttery, with a slight sodium undertone. I split them between 4 old olive jars. I left them 3/4 in brine and diluted the remainder with filtered water to thin out the sodium used for transport + preservation.

Yummy! Fresh! Wonderful!
I am a huge olive fanatic. I can eat thru a little jar from the grocery store in a day or two so I wanted to find a more affordable option and less wasteful option. These are very fresh and tasty—very similar to what I’ve had while in Spain. While some review mention it being too briney, I like savory and salty snacks so I like it. You could siphon off a little brine juice (save for a tasty dirty martini) and add a little water to temper it. That said, I think a good cold water rinse of the olives dished out to eat does the trick for my friends who like less brine flavor. TIP: The bag can be messy and cumbersome so I recycled a large jar from a Costco purchase and it’s perfect. (I was even able to carefully peel the label from the bag and put it on the jar.)
