Excellent cable connector!

I replaced my old Monster No Frills version subwoofer cable with this new Monster subwoofer and am happy. I noticed the improvement. I wanted the new Monster subwoofer cable for my new BIC PL300 subwoofer. The new Monster subwoofer cable was worth the money at $30. Nearly as good cables are available at half that price, but they are not built as durable to last. If you spend $500 for a subwoofer it is worth having the better cable. I am an audiophile, so the sound means everything to me. I have 8K audio/video on my computer motherboard and video card and an OPPPO UHD 203 blu ray player with 7 sound systems working together. I have 4 other subwoofers, but I do not really notice them anymore. My BIC PL 300 subwoofer now crawls over the table I have it on because it works so good. I need to move the PL300 to the floor now because it slides across the table when loud and will hit the floor if I turn it up too loud.

If you are new to home theater, you may make the mistake of using an ordinary RCA cable to plug your subwoofer into your receiver. It will work but you'll often get a humming sound when no signal is present. This is because electromagnetic noise is finding it's way into your RCA cable. The Monster Essentials Premium Subwoofer Cable is a double shielded RCA type cable that blocks all outside electromagnetic signals. It is also better suited to deliver the full sound signal that your receiver is trying to get to the subwoofer. It costs a bit more than a normal RCA but these balanced/shielded signal cables are worth every penny and it will be something you will actually be able to hear and feel. Don't be afraid to spend a bit more on your cables, be it these or even your speaker wires. If you want to experience what your set up is capable of, these things make the biggest difference! :)

Defn made diff in sound for my in home subs

I like this brand ‘s cable

I used this to connect an M&K X-12 subwoofer to an existing M&K home theater system. It has tight connections unlike my older Monster Cable cables. My only complaint is that it is too long.
