I had the same issue as some other reviewers that only one bud would work, a full charge-forget device-and use the reset button on the case fixes this. The maximum volume is also quite low which makes the sound quality difficult to appraise, however I am using the 'poweramp' app as my music player (android app) and if you increase the volume using the pre amp on the EQ then these headphones really sound amazing. The sound quality is too notch. Other reviewers have also said they disliked the lack of EQ built in, this can also be adjusted using an app. Worth spending a bit of time exploring these options before giving a poor review of an excellent product.

Hi, so I had been saving up in order to buy these after seeing them on sale in HMV. Most people who wear earbuds seem to settle for the relatively cheap white buds which cannot cost more than £20, but I decided to buy these ones as I felt that I wanted to acquire some high-quality buds that could last a lifetime. These cost £59.99!! Quite a pretty penny especially if you're hard-up! Now I know how to operate these things! In order to be successful and make money they'd have to be user friendly, e.g. charge the case, then charge the buds in the case! Easy! What I didn't expect was that after saving up for several weeks for the spare money to be there ready for me to buy them, and happily ordering them on Amazon, was for the sound quality to deteriorate within 36 hours of commencing their use. And for the buds to immediately revert to an error state when the play time had been barely 30 minutes combined! I had to return these via DPS for a refund! And now I will have to wait patiently to get my money back! Not a common event given that companies are normally more than happy to take your money and be slightly lethargic when having to pay you back! What a godawful situation! Rebel eh? Rubbish more like!

Outstanding sound, great value, charges easily, case holds 3 or 4 additional charges - initial Bluetooth connection was a bit cumbersome but I love this brand so it was worth persevering.

Bought these as an Xmas Present for my daughter, she followed the instructions to the letter to set them up and one of the earbuds wasn’t working. Tried all the troubleshooting points without resolve. Returned the product and got another set of earbuds, the next set had exactly the same problem, so I’m now returning them for a full refund. Checked out various online reviews and a lot of them have experienced the same issues. Do not buy these earbuds.

Had to buy comply tips as the ones that come with are too small, they literally fall out my ears... Sound quality isn't great without the comply tips either... Very annoying that I have to use these tips as they don't fit in the case (of course) with the earphones, so everytime I use them I have to dismantle them pre and post use. Wouldn't be that great of an issue if the touch sensitive controls weren't placed as they are... All that aside, now with the tips, they work alright. I'd say the noise cancellation was better than the sound quality. The biggest downfall of all is that whilst quality should be preferred over quantity, the lack of loud volume is ridiculous. Like I say the quality is great. But there's not much bass or anything in the way of volume. They do look great, and the case looks better. All in all they are very well made but just totally missed the mark for what I'm personally looking for in earphones. At £100 a pop I would like some bass please.

I wanted to love these, the look and previous knowledge of the brand made me pick a pair up. Unfortunately it felt a bit challenging to set them up and resulted in me returning them, the process was a bit random but it is resolved now they offer replacement but i didn't want to risk the same issue. Might be the touch controls that let them down for me personally hard to judged what to do from instructions. I think will avoid this type of earbuds in future. I imagine a step up from the iphone ear rings you can get in terms of quality!

I love House of Marley products and these don't disappoint. Well worth the money.

what ever you do, do not buy them, whilst the sound quality isn’t bad, everything else sucks, and I mean pairing them is a nightmare, one of them connects and the other doesn’t. you would be on a phone call and they would randomly connect whilst in the case or also having music on in the car. what ever you do, don’t buy them, I use to be loyal to their company but not any more

Es gibt 2 Dinge, die dazu führen, dass ich sie zurück schicken werde: 1. beide Ohrstöpsel haben eine blinkende LED, die alle 3 Sekunden aufleuchtet und sich nicht ausschalten lässt. Das heißt ich sitze Abends im Bett, höre Musik und verwandele mich in einen Leuchtturm. Man kann das nicht deaktivieren und es ist wirklich hell. 2. Die Driver sind nicht Rund. Das klingt vllt. banal, ist aber wirklich wichtig. Dadurch, dass die Driver oval gestaltet sind, sehen sie vielleicht modern aus, das macht es aber unmöglich die Silikon Stöpsel zu tauschen. Wenn man die mitgelieferten nicht mag, ist man aufgeschmissen. An sich klingen sie gut und sehen auch sehr edel aus. Ich mag House of Marley auch eigentlich, aber hier sind einige Designentscheidungen getroffen worden, die die Nutzung des Produkts doch erheblich einschränken.

Connection kept dropping off. Battery charge was also not holding up.

Ouais surprise au moment du déballage une seule oreillette qui fonctionne sur les deux. Je possède pourtant déjà des produits Marley (platine disque est enceinte) dont je ne suis pas déçu… Par contre là ça ne semble pas etre de bonne qualité… dommage…

Well, I got this because I thought it was interesting that earbuds were made from sustainable materials, and also looked cool as well :) Now I am not an audio snob at all. I used to use the earphones that came with the phones. For a while now, I have been using galaxy buds lines (yes I have been a galaxy user for my whole life), and haven’t really had any complaints about audio at all. So my reviews are just how I feel about this as an definitely amatuer. Again, these earbuds interested me for its eco-friendly design. According to their website, these earbuds, with bamboo accents, are combined with recycled plastics and a wood fiber composite. In addition, its charging cable’s braided material is also eco-friendly. How cool is that! Another thing that interested me was that this one has a stem-design unlike galaxy buds lines (yes more like i-pods, still I am standing with galaxy for my phones lol). So as you can probably tell by now, I loved its design and concept behind its material. Another good thing is that the case itself can be charged wirelessly as well, which is a plus for sure. I am using my galaxy wireless charger (for buds) to charge this. And to me, the bass seems powerful enough! ( but again I am not an audio snob at all). Lastly, the mic operates quite well, in that the signal is strong in my experience and didn’t have any issue for communications. Now then why not 5/5? I think it should have had play and pause on-ear control. You have to remove or replace the buds. I mean it’s simple of course, but come on! Lol Overall, I got this for its concept behind and cool looking design (wood panel). So I am happy with it!

The things worked fine not great for a little under a year. Then the left pod stopped working. Contacted the company and had to pay to ship them their defective product. They sent me a new pair (not bad) Right one stopped working after 3 months. Not gonna bother going through the process again just for another set that’s gonna last for god knows how long.
