I have a unresolved situation
The shoe was too tight. So I agreed to recieve a size larger in exchange as offered by the seller. BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED. THE SHOE TO BE RETURNED IS SITTING READY WITH ME. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS.

USED PRODUCT DELIVERED
Received this shoe and it came out the box having creases all over the it. The sole also is worn out and has mud all over it. The inside of the shoe is also used.
