Positive: - mine arrived on time and not damaged - the pen and the brush are easy to use Negative: - My beard is between light brown and medium brown. I pick the beard pen with the brown color option but it is too dark compared to the color of my beard so it didn't look very good but the brush helped to reduce the contrast but you could still two different colors. It could however works on someone's beard - After a single shower, the product disappeared

I love this pen. My beard, around the cheek area, has a lot of blonde making it appear blotchy. I used to just shave it down to a chin strap. This pen solved that problem. Well worth the money.

Not pleased with the application. One side that’s a mini brush barely is effective and the other side is like a marker that leaves marks on your skin that have to be wiped off. I used the brush to try and blend it but ended up using a wet wipe or towel to take off the marks on my skin. Lastly wife hates it because it stains my shirt collars and pillows. Even after it has been on for several hours.
