Excellent watch very quality and very beautiful

The HERITOR Aura automatic watch wants to try to emulate a much more expensive watch. And for the most part, it succeeds. However, there are a few bits that bring it down despite all it has going for it. As an example, there's a lid on the underside that you can flip open in order to view the watch's inner workings. On my watch, this lid rattles when you move the watch (when you're not wearing it). I'd expect, with an expensive watch, for this lid to shut tightly and not move at all. Secondly, I'd expect a button to press in to release the latch and open that lid. Instead, with the HERITOR Aura you just snap it open using a fingernail under the small nub that's there for that purpose. This backside lid, while a nice touch, and a nod to more expensive watches, actually brings the watch down in quality a bit. It should simply seal tightly and not wiggle. Of course, this does not affect the watch when worn as that lid is pressed against your skin. It's a very minor issue, but speaks to the over all build-quality of the watch, imo. Having said that, the watch looks great and has a nice weight to it. It's simple to set the time, date, and day. And it appears to do a good job of keeping time. While the pictures show it, it's still good to be aware that this watch is THICK! It's a big watch. If you're used to thin time pieces, this one's not for you. However, I like big watches and I cannot lie. So, the Aura is a nice watch for me. Overall, it's not too high a price to pay for a watch that does look like it's worth a lot more than it is. A few minor tweaks (like making sure the backside lid closes tightly and doesn't wiggle) and this would easily be a 5 star product. EDIT: For an automatic watch, this one doesn't seem to 'store energy' well enough to make it through the night, even if it's been worn all day long. Each morning, I find I have to reset the time since it stopped. So far, it seems to make it about 6-8 hours only when not worn.

Working construction for many years I had gotten use to not wearing a watch as I was tired of them breaking or getting scratched. Now in more of a management role, I find myself wanting to wear one once in a while again. This one looked great so I went ahead and picked it up. Very glad that I did as it is a super watch. So far it has been very accurate and hasn't lost time whether I am wearing it or it's sitting on the dresser. This is a very functional watch with many more features than I'm used to. It looks great and now has become a regular part of my wardrobe when I get the chance for a formal meeting or just wearing it to church. While it's a bit more than I would normally spend on a watch, for what it is, it's a great value for the money.

I'm somewhat torn on this watch. The style of it and the look I really, really like. It has a great green and silver theme that is stylish and attractive. The watch itself holds time well and just by wearing it keeps itself wound which is great. The challenge I have with it is the watch is VERY heavy and very thick and tall. When you wear this watch you can definitely feel it on your wrist and it sticks out enough I've bumped it into things without meaning too. Finally the watch band itself, while it touts being genuine leather feels and looks pretty cheap which makes the fit and weight of the watch that much more noticable. Overall, it's a pretty watch, but it's bulky and the band leaves something to be desired.

Almost too pretty to wear, but it is very functional. It's a big boy—got some weight to it, so wear with caution. The day of the week, day of the month, and time of day can all be set. Being an automatic watch also means you won't ever need to recharge it or swap batteries, awesome. It's not my daily wear however, so the time does 'stop' when I go to wear it again. However, it only takes a few seconds of movement to keep it going again, and as long as it gets going, it won't stop until the gears fall off.

This watch looks high-end and feels very sturdy. The semi-skeleton face is unique, the leather strap is comfortable, and the automatic movement runs smoothly with a good power reserve. It’s a great value for a stylish, quality timepiece.

Nice watch. Very sleek and the colors are beautiful. The mechanical movement seems to function well. My only complaint and the reason for only 4 stars, is that the back cover that you can open to view the automatic movement is very loose and sloppy. Otherwise great watch.

So, we love watches in this family! The case is a little chunky/ heavy but is fine if someone is used to wearing heavier watches. The leather band is pretty good quality and holding up well - it’s been worn for a few weeks now and no signs of cracking or wear so far. I love the colors and design on the face. The design is unique and the colors go well together. Love the function where you can flip open the backside so you can see the inside like other heritor watches. Overall a great watch at a good price.
