Great chalk for powerlifting
I love this chalk. I have never used chalk, wraps, straps, gloves or any aids because I never needed them. I started to notice that my grip started to slip as the weight started to get heavier. I also noticed my palms were a bit wet due to how hard I was working out and this was affecting my lifts badly. I decided to go with chalk because I see a lot of people using it at the gym. This actually works wonders, keeps my palms dry so I can lift without having the bar slip from my hands. I only use this when I get to heavy weights, I would recommend this product if you suffer from the same thing.

NEW FORMULA IS TRASH
I have been buying this chalk for years and the recent formula or type is completely terrible. It breaks apart way too easily and barely stays on your hands for big lifts. I had to toss this stuff out. Look somewhere else.

Great for heavy weight!
I received this chalk quickly and used it right away when I was at the gym. I previously was having trouble getting a good grip while dead-lifting. My hands would be to slippery and my lifts suffered because of that. When you start to go heavy on the weights you tend to lose your grip especially since your hands get sweaty since you are exerting yourself. As soon as I started using the chalk my grip was better than ever and I could lift heavy without having to worry about the bar slipping out. I also use this product on my shirt (trap region) while squatting sometimes when you squat 315+ pounds the bar tends to slip off the shirt by placing chalk where the bar rests it gives you an extra grip, although I admit it looks a little weird to have chalk on the back of your shirt but it gives you a great grip. I store this chalk in a tupperware and leave the box in my gym bag. I truly recommend this product!

Completely smashed to hell upon arrival
The chalk seems nice, but it came in 8 million pieces. Bit of a bummer. You would think they would put it in bubble wrap or something to preserve the shape

Good stuff
let's be clear this is plain gym chalk so there is not much to be excited about. That being said this stuff is great if your gym doesnt have chalk. Does not crumble too bad if you keep it in a chalk bag. Definitely glad I purchased it as a sweaty guy. Would recommend.

Great chalk, just not for sweaty palmed racquet sports
Nice chalk. However, I would not recommend for racquet sports. Especially if you have sweaty palms. I play badminton and I find myself replacing this chalk far too often. I don't blame the product for this but I am deducting a star because, having used the grip powders from Yonex and Li-Ning, this could work better than it does (obviously the Yonex and Li-Ning products are tailored for racquet sports, but if anything, this is just to say, stick with those, this chalk won't work miracles).

definitely would recommend for people searching for better grip
First time using chalk for weightlifting. I tried switching from straps to chalk and the crossover is definitely worth it. The chalk is cheap and can last months, definitely would recommend for people searching for better grip.

It is chalk. It will dry.
Simple chalk. Does what chalk doesOnly downside is price. If you look, you can find similar bricks for ~$2-$5 (specialty stores or bulk buys, in particular). If you want to pay for the convenience, then go for it

Helps deadlifts a ton!
I bought this chalk a loooooong time ago and I've barely put a dent in it. Definitely worth the money.

Good hard chalk
Good chalk. Note this is hard chalk style, it will not crumble to powder easily, but that's what I wanted.
