1lb Japones Dried Whole Chile Peppers, Japanese Red Pepper, Chili Seco Pods for Authentic Mexican Food, Heat-Sealed Resealable Bag by 1400s Spices

These peppers are what we were looking for to make stir-fry. They are fresh, have a wonderful smoky aroma, and the spice level is hot enough to notice, but not unbearable. My only criticism is the plastic shipping bag + USPS shipping was not a good combination for a pound of dried pepper pods, as a good portion of them got broken-up either by mail machines, or the postal carrier stuffing the 14" envelope into an 8" mailbox. A box would be better for shipping these.

Great quality bag of dried peppers. They smell AMAZING. I use them in a Spicy Chili Crisp recipe that is a fantastic condiment. Need to find more recipes that use them so I can keep buying more.

My sister in law makes a great hot sauce with these peppers. They are hard to find locally, so really happy we found them here.
