Great item but my snake hated it

It’s an ok product but so hard to clean. You have to take the whole things apart and purchase extra tube cleaning brushes or you get a build up dirt in the tubes. I find a deep clean must be done weekly to keep on top of it.

If your thinking of buying a water fountain for a lizard or chameleon buy this , we had been through. So many other name brands from reptile shops and the pumps always stopped working after a while but this fountains design is great plus they give you a spare pump - I’m super impressed so far and it’s much easier to fill and clean it’s worth the money

Complete trash.... cheap plastic rubbish, the pump is noisy and vibrates, my bearded dragon won't go near it... Probably not bad value for £5, but at this ridiculous price point it's a complete waste of money....

Very easy to set up and has been working away with no issues.

I really like this unit so far. It comes with an extra pump which I really appreciate, it is quiet as promised, the cord is long enough for me (my last unit from a different brand had a very short cord). All around highly recommend. It was packed well and worked immediately.

Has ran dry a couple times and still going.
