I order this just to rub on my temples when I have a bad migraine. Sounds weird but it definitely helps with the extreme pounding and pain.

This is a good for value. Helps get fantastic sleep. I take it 30 minutes before I go to bed and sleep through the night. If I don't I wake up every hour. Taste is pleasant, it helps with inflammation. Top notch quality. Perfect size. The dropper makes it easy to use so you dont have to clean up a cup or something else

Bought this to help with my knee pain. When I got it my knee was seriously hurting , so I rubbed a couple drops in and the pain instantly started to fade. Six hours later, it still wasn't hurting, so don't think you must take internally. Massage directly onto the area and feel relief!
