Makes noises that cause concern, told it is working as designed.
I am uncomfortable using this. It makes noises that concern me. I find it to be unsteady when I have used the swing arm.

Didnt even use it, simply turned it on, started heat up and stopped working. Won’t even turn on now.

Good Customer Service
The heat press is super easy to use and assemble I love it so much also the customer service is A1 I had some issues with the mug press and they replaced it right away not only once but twice.

GREAT COMPANY AND PRODUCT!
So I purchased the 12 x 15 with this company and then realized that I needed the larger one! Got the larger one from them so now I’m using the smaller one strictly for hats and the big one for shirts! I love their versatility of both machines. I will DEFINITELY buy more equipment from them!
