This is the first time I have tried a more expensive, and aged, fish sauce. Although more expensive it has an excellent flavor profile that I think makes it worth the money. Excellent on rice.

I am completely addicted to this sauce. I put it on everything, it's a complete game changer. It will turn a regular everyday eggroll or spring roll into an umami bomb. I use it almost daily cause it's irresistible and reorder when it's like half full so I never run out! The company is really cool too, read about it. I super highly recommend, I only wish I could give it even more stars.

I never put much thought into the fish sauce I use. I am a French trained chef and self-taught with Asian cuisine. I bought this bottle on a whim. My quality of my food has increased dramatically, the smell, the taste, the whole experience is elevated. It is a tiny bottle, but it is an absolutely amazing ingredient.

it's perfect for me, the taste it's delicious!! i do wish you have bigger bottle like 5litre. refill version with resealable will be great to have too. i was expecting it to be fishy like vietnam fish sauce, but this is definitely my new favourite now.
