I originally purchased this product in an Asia supermarket. Loved it! Found it online, Amazon, & use this product regularly. Wonderful coconut flavor, smooth consistency & you can make it as thick or thin as you want it.

Kara brand coconut milk is usually my go to for cooking curry and laksa. However, I chose the powder to save some space for a camping trip. It is as delicious, easy to mix and made a tasty addition to my laksa.

Nice size to have around. It is great for traveling. U can mix as much or as little as u need without a can of milk taking up space (and going bad) in your fridge. I use it for making Thai and Indian dishes plus a bunch of desserts

Works fantastic Mix with your favorite chili paste.

Boy am I a sucker for buying this. This is NOT 100% coconut cream in powdered form. The ingredients are not well documented until you sink your money into this NONRETURNABLE cow's milk product and read the back of the envelope.

I like this product for times when I don't have canned coconut milk, but also for when I don't want to add more liquid to a recipe where I want coconut flavor. I find more uses for this than for canned coconut milk. I also like to add it to a recipe where I am using canned coconut milk, for more noticeable coconut flavor. A great item for Indian and Thai cooking; also for baking.

I love this product because it is the best coconut powder I have used in various cuisines of food preparation because it is closest to the fresh coconut milk in flavor, taste and texture. It enhances the taste of both vegetarian and meat dishes especially seafood. The plus side is you can store it and use at your convenience. The best thing is that it's available globally through Amazon.
