Q: Is there a "charge complete" indicator light and does it stop charging when the battery is full ? Thanks

Once the battery is charged the you will get a green indicator light on the charger meaning the battery is charged. It doesn't seem to keep charging the battery, but I all so don't have it hooked up to a metering device to monitor if it tries to continue to charge. I hope this answer your question.

Q: Will these battery's work for the canon rebel t6?

I bought them for my new T5. If the batteries are the same in both the T5 & T6, this will work just fine.

No, this is for LPE10 battery for Canon 1100D (T3). your battery is LCE10

Q: Will this work on Canon Rebel T3?

I can only say that it works great with my T6. The description of the product says that it will work on a T3. If it doesn't work as described, you could probably return it with no problem.
