I was not expecting it to taste good due to its high millet flour content but it tastes good. I usually mix it with milk and butter. Turns out soft and tasty. I have also made banana pancakes with this mixture and it was super yum. Unlike regular pancakes, these pancakes will fill you up without making you feel hungry for a long time.
