Absolutely love this necklace. I am a women but I tend to lean more towards male jewelry. I love the braided texture of the necklace. It’s a simple design but it matches my daily wear perfectly. I never take it off, shower and swim with it, and its held up just fine. I love phiten jewelry. I had an older version of this necklace and wore it for almost 5 years before the clip finally wouldn’t hold anymore. Great product.

Color was black. Didn’t fade with wear.

I use it while at work and at home. The only time I take it off is when I shower. But I’ve noticed my mood has changed from being mostly negative to being more positive. Also noticed my aches and pains have gone away.

Nice looking and from what I've read (and see), pretty durable. I leave it on when running, biking, swimming, shower, etc. I plan on not taking it off very often. Don't really need to - it's comfortable enough. As far as does it "work", I don't know. I have some neck pain (who doesn't at my age). If it helps it's a plus. If it doesn't, oh well. That's what aspirin is for. I got it cuz it looks good.

I have always used the titanium dots on my knees because they seem like miracle dots. I usually have bad knee pain and when I dot my knees up the pain subsides almost to no pain at all. I figured I would try the necklace. It seems to help with my neck pain. I would recommend. I do remove it before I take showers.

Definitely size before ordering. This did not fit my husband’s neck in the slightest.
