I'm pleased with the quality of these blinds as there's nothing flimsy about them. They were cut perfectly to the size I specified. The grain finish is nice and yes it's not wood but the cut ends can't be seen in a recess - and I'm paying less money for them.There are pretty fitting instructions but the knack of fitting them isn't here and a video would be thing to provide.* When specifying the width you don't have to go wall to wall - a space of 1 to 2 cm each side gave me room to maneuver.* I was top fixing so I drew a line x cm from the window frame, wall to wall. The distance x is 1cm plus the amount that the handle protudes. My x was 2.5cm* Fix the end brackets aligning the brackets against the drawn line. The end brackets need to be 0.6cm further apart ie wider than the blinds.* Fix the centre bracket on the line with one screw and do a try fit. You'll soon see if the bracket allows the blind to fit in the end brackets. Adjust fwd or back; left or right as needed and fix this in place. The other mid-support bracket/s can now be fitted on or close to the line.* Finally do a try fit, adjust and remove to fit the valance. Fit the valence in place and lock the end bracket doors. I doubt you'll need the end wrap-around trims here.

The blinds have transformed my windows in my lounge, they are very easy to install, and great value for money. I liked them so much I bought the same for my bedroom, and may continue round the entire house. Perfectly cut to own measurements. Recommend.

The Blind wasn't cheap, especially for the size I needed. Purchased for a narrow window and around 5 feet long give or take a few inches. The blind is good, however the decorative valance that's intended to cover the mechanism at the top of the blind is not made as it should be. Both ends of the valance where the sides are supposed to attach are different. One side is cut right and fits to the front of the valance like glove, the other side piece of the valance, that attaches to the front, is cut incorrectly so that it wont line up, leaving a gap that's about quarter of an inch wide as you face the valance, I had sent several pictures of the one I had to her. Any one with half a brain could see it's a manufacturing error, I sent the company several messages, to no avail. The customer service representative hasn't got a clue all she kept saying was "they're all made like that" she also told me that if they sent another valance out to me from a different box which she sent pictures of, it would be the same. She also advised me that I'd need to send mine back and I would have to pay myself to ship it back. After several messages backwards and forwards I gave up. My opinion of the company is unprintable. If the actual blind wasn't made correctly this company would do absolutely nothing to rectify it. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. These people don't care about their customers, shame on them. !!! ☹

Shoddy cut to decorative rails. Off cuts thrown in with blinds and they were crooked too. Please take into account bracket sises when measuring. Had to end up cutting blinds rail to fit into bracket.Delivery came in 2 parts when I ordered all.

Arrived 2 weeks late. But that's a problem with the delivery agent. Was going to get a refund, but glad I didn't. Arrived today and very happy. The fit is perfect, the quality even better. Will be buying from them again soon.

Ordered 5 blinds paid just under 800 they are OK. Just OK. Nothing great the quality isn’t great either to be honest
