Not very good. This waist trainer is super long. Also doesn't keep a solid shape. Ive only had it for 5 days and it wasn't good on day 1!

This waist trainer covers your entire abdomen! The 3 straps are added perfection. This is definitely a good on. I have tried several and I return them because the quality is lacking. Great quality material. You won’t be disappointed. Use it with Honey Dew Hot cream🔥🔥
