Description is misleading. The design is very different from the received product. The dimensions mentioned are also wrong. They are almost smaller than the mentioned capacity. Disappointed. Felt cheated. Don't buy.

Not keeping food warm for more then one hrs. if wanna to keep warm as conventional hot case then don't buy it.

It is not keeping food hot ,I bought cello Also ,Same issue ,

Product finishing ok handle not welded only used rivet ss casserole they used aluminium rivet pin it's supposed to come welded then ok but there used revet and the main problem this we can't keep hot foods once will keep hot foods the out side surface will come hot and also after one hour it will come normal / cool it's means manufacturers not insulated with Thermo cool/ any poly insulation materials on the inside or sandwich therefore the heat not resisting and outer layer is coming hot and inside not maintain hot so the food become cool .then what is the use we are keeping hot foods atleast one hour the original temperature can maintain is useful. Actually what is definition of casserole .we want to keep hot foods inside it will manage the temperature then is useful. It's mean not useful to keep hot foods , I am simply saying not good for my excepted usage .Thanks.

Its second time damage product has been provided, first time there was a bump inside casserole and this time there is a dent outside casserole, returning.

Handle is bit tight and need lot of effort to lock. There are 3 bar code and prices which are stick one above the other. Handle is very tight. Performance is average. MRP is Rs 806 and not Rs1137.

In your website... it is different... supplied shape quality are different... seems to be duplicate
