...and after trying the silver and gold chrome version I decided to get a mixing set of the watercolor polishes too. They do look like watercolor when applied but they are not actual watercolors. They have a solvent smell that dissipates.

Difficult to know if it can be done properly with or without the “clear” color spreading bottle, which also isn’t sold separately. But it’s also difficult to make it look nice either way, but came as described I guess

I love these inks. I’m new to doing my own nails and thought, Why Not? The first two nails are using the white base with a matte coat and it has more of a tie dye look and the last two are using Blooming gel which gives more of the marble effect. I’m still playing and practicing but I’m sure I’ll get better with time and price is right as it was only 5 bucks a set.

Use thin coat for better application and it's a bit of a learning curve
