I liked the color coding on the back of the puzzle pieces. I think the puzzle "Starry Night" by Van Gogh would have been extremely difficult to put together. That being said, it was almost too easy to do: perhaps make it 2,000 pieces or 1,500 pieces instead of 1,000. I like the matte pieces over glossary for this particular picture. One thing to note: I did not find the dimensions of the finished puzzle anywhere on the box. I find it useful when putting the edge pieces together to ensure I have all of them.All in all, a wonderful, beautiful puzzle.

I was super-impressed with the quality of this puzzle!! The pieces had a smooth, matte texture (which means minimal glare!) and fit together securely. There is an included image poster, and the back of the puzzle is separated into 6 color blocks, which was a nice change from the usual letters. Paper-backed pieces don't work well with the puzzle-board I use, but that's more of a note-to-self than a defect of the puzzle. I enjoyed every bit of this puzzling experience, and immediately started looking to see what else was available by this brand. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again, or to give this as a gift!

Neighbor had a similar puzzle framed in her house and my wife admired it (interesting format of puzzle). So I searched Amazon (which has EVERYTHING) and found it. Because back of pieces are color coded by section, it was a somewhat easy assembly. Given the color composition of the artwork, neighbor spent weeks assembling because her puzzle (purchased at target) did not have color coded backs.... and purists need not consult coding. Wife complete hers in 2 days and the colors are dazzling... much more vivid than cheap prints of same artwork. I framed it and now nicely adorns or guest room.

Beautiful, sturdy puzzle but missing a piece which will make it hard to frame and hang! Anyway to have the missing piece sent to me so I don't have to buy a new puzzle just for the piece missing??
