Glass Noodle Bean Vermicelli with Mung Bean 100% Wt 40g (1.41 Oz) X 6 Bags

Love these noodles. Stirfries and soups. I'm always looking for this brand.

First, ignore the photo - it's completely inaccurate. These are small packages of glass noodles that, once cooked and expanded, easily make enough for two large salads with a protein and some vegetables, Thai style. The wait was long if you're used to receiving things within a couple of days - but IMHO, well worth it. They're half the price of their nearest competitor, they taste the same and better. and I liked that they included a nice note in the packaging. I found them worth the wait, especially at the price, and will order more right after leaving this review. Regarding the directoins (which were a bit hard to find), I put mine in a small pot, covered with cool water, on a cold stove burner. Soakfor 3 minutes, sometimes turning with my fingers or chopsticks to "unstick" them. Then I turn the heat on high, put the cover on, and hit the timer for 6 minutes. Once they come to a boil, turn it down to keep boiling lightly. Pull them out at 6 minutes on the nose, drain and rinse with cool water. They keep fine in the fridge for cold salads for another 2 days. If you like your noodles softer, go for the 7 - but if you put them IN boiling water and wait 7 minutes, they'll get a bit mushy. I wish they were able to include a couple of home made recipes!

Really hard to find this brand in the market. A noodle has a good texture even afterreheat and great for thai salad but a little pricy.

I love the glass noodles cooking time texture I love it comes in individually packaged.

I have bought several different glass noodles and these have been the worse. Edible but not great.

Simply delicious!
