I love cell salts in general because they are effective and gentle support for all systems in your body over the last four years. The brand I usually purchase and have been for 20 years is often out of stock or the prices have increased drastically. I’m happy to have found, this new brand and have bought it a number of times.

I took a single pellet, early this Rising as I was experiencing shortness of breath (dogs got onto my blanket and I brought it up to my face). It dissolved and the feeling disappeared straight away. I'm keeping this bottle near my bed from now on. It works so well! It tastes a bit sugary but there's no after taste once dissolved. Works instantly and I have not experience any negative side effects. My recommendation is if unsure, start with 1 (should do the trick) and work up if needed

I bought these to replace the more expensive and less sweet brand I was taking. I shouldn't have. I was dissatisfied with the results. But, it is sweet.
