A PRODUCT THAT WORKS
This product is tried and true on an iPhone 15 Pro Max and an iPhone X using a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter and Lightning to 3.5mm adapter, respectively. Please don't stop making these, and please make the MMI to Lightning/MMI to USB-C cables again! Those can charge devices and let them play music at the same time.

Doesn't seem to have sense pin (pin 14)
Doesn't have the sense pin (or the entire middle row of pins!), so if your head unit needs to detect a device before it will work, you're out of luck. Cheap corner cutting.
