These are a lifesaver in the kitchen. We use garlic a lot and sometimes having just the garlic powder in foods isn't enough. They store well and are easy to chip and cook with. The flavor is also preserved well so there is no lack in quality.

I use this freeze dried garlic regularly in cooking. Super flavorful, pretty much indistinguishable from fresh when cooked. Better than frozen types, and night and day better than dried. I just put what I need in a little bowl and add a bit of water to re-hydrate before cooking as for fresh. They are in very small pieces, which works well for me, but if you want crushed garlic, then may need to crush more. If need whole garlic cloves then obviously this won't work. Ginger is awesome... when get a little piece in a mouthful of a meal, it has all the ginger heat as if had used fresh. I have these on subscription.

This garlic is excellent on its own but you can pan-toast the whole jar, replace it to the jar once cooled and it will hold that beautiful flavor for months - and retain the perfect crunch. We top potatoes, salads, chili, etc. This is now a pantry staple.

We love this freeze dried garlic. We like it so much we ordered some for our son and his wife. They like it too. Very tasty and easy to store.

I did like these and I like the fact that I have freeze dried, but it's so expensive. I just bought a big container of minced and then I'm gonna just freeze them in little packages.

Comes bubble wrapped. All 3 times I have ordered, it arrives on time and intact.

This is the Best! the flavor is always fresh, It can be use as is or gound into a powder. I like to keep an unopened jar on hand at all times.
