Using our JBL Tune 760NC via aux cable will disable the ANC feature as well as the mic.

Yes, you can listen with our JBL Tune 760NC via audio cable even if the battery has not charged. However, the noise cancellation feature will not work when using the audio cable and the headphones don't have a charge.
