Great quality jump rope for my husband. Easy grip and feel. Definitely cannot be a beginner workout person to use the heavy weighted jump rope. Easily can wear you out if you aren’t use to working out.

Slowly but surely if you want to get your upper strength back this is your sign! Upper strength is very important and this here truly gives you a workout and strengthens your upper body almost immediately. You will feel the burn and the weight but results, is what I’m aiming for so glad I purchased this! Every morning I do my 3 set of 25 gradually incrementing the amount of jumps.

I've been getting in shape. Pushups, those stupid burpees, I've been doing yoga despite the ridicule you get as a 280 lb beefcake doing the upward facing kangaroo or whatever. all of it has been great progress. noticeable in the mirror, noticeable in the way I felt. Then I bought this @#$!ing thing. I've never used a more effective torture device. being able to run for a while without stopping, I arrogantly begin using this abomination at an overly ambitious pace. 30 seconds in I know I'm in trouble. at about a minute my shoulders, chest and back are surely smoking with flames shooting out. I don't stop as much as my arms quit being arms mid-jump. in 2 weeks my remaining flab melted away. It almost happened too fast. I miss many man boobs a bit. but these oeca definitely get a lot more positive attention. I went from XXL shirts as a chubby dude, to nearly an L on my weight loss journey, and with this Rope Of Cruel Destiny (bind on equip) I'm back up to XXL with a bulgy and rock-like chest and back. I'm not even a person who likes working out, or likes looking good for others. I like playing with my muscles more than showing them off. but they're kinda dumb. not much to do but make them n bounce when you stand around.

Easy to use like a weighted old fashioned jump rope from back in the day. Just pick it up and start working out. Nothing to program.
