Love them they stay sharp.

Had a chance to use these this weekend and I am impressed. Very sharp and durable. I love the color code of the handles. I have always like ceramic knives and these take it to a different level.

This is our second set over the years since the handle coating was starting to flake off. We wash these in the dishwasher so it might cause them to breakdown faster. Color coded sheaths with the same color on the handles makes it easy to find the matching sheath. The open areas of the sheath seems like it could get a bit dicey if you aren't careful about finger placement.

Had these since December. No chips or broken knives. They remain sharp. Easy to use. I expect at some point they will break down but, for now they are good. I hand wash.

These knives are a colorful collection of excellent quality knives. They are so much sharper than I’ve been able to accomplish with my very good quality metal knives. I got my granddaughter a set because she is graduating from college and setting up a new apartment to begin her own independent, productive journey in life. It’s a beautiful gift and I’ve loved the set I got for myself!

these are very sharp they are very thin and look like they will break but they cut through meat like butter. i used the paring knife to cut steak off a tbone while it was raw and it sliced it like it wasn't even there. i don't know how long the edge will last but i hope it lasts a while
